gosh..keepin my finger cross...UPS is about 5 days more...hmmm...nervous...curious at the same tyme...in here v do not hav sufficient exercise to do..juz tutorials...past year n ups question...test n quizes...not much to do...but study alot :'( well, glad i went back last weekend!!i finally gotta release all my stress n tension although it was tiring...but i enjoyed to da fullest^^ watch transformer...IT WAS SO SO COOL! i like bumble bee!!so cutie^^ heheee!!well well well, next fri gonna go matric perlis 4 KAKOM...oh my gosh!my 1st tyme participating in sports competition...how da environment?! i totally hav no idea at all!!! aiyor :( hopefully everything turn out to be good la....dear lord...plz calm me down n make me suit da environment fast^^ AMEN. hehe!!im in women singles...n guss wad!god really blessed me!i got bi 4 da first round!praise da lord^^ but anyhow i need to improve my serve techniques as well as back hand...which is horribly terribly vegetably worst!! hehe^^currently in comp lab..rotting...finish duin assignment now can relax on9!oh my gosh!cant wait to go back in 2 weeks tyme!!! miss epo so so much!!home sweet home is eva so great!!! emmm...life in matric is not bad after all...juz need to catch up v studies...ytd slept at 2.30....suppose to wake up at 4 to continue my studies...but....aiyo...teroioi:P hehe!buek!:P hmmm...everyday got tennis training...aiyor....last few weeks i hurt my wrist...n it was like so so pain...then luckily my jiejie n didi(in matric) gav me da counter pain n muscle support...n its so much betta...now..dunno wad happened to my leggie...below da ankle but above da heels there v pain esp. it u press it or run...adui~ dunno wat to do...but hopefully is ntg serious la;) hehe! kay...cut da crap..em...dunno wat to say nemore...ohya! i had banana paradise...haha! ytd i ate a total of i think about 10!cuz cant tahan long...gotta finish all!!i wuz like distributin da bananas all over!!HAHA!!!! lol!!kay la....will b back after UPS! !!1 solid months in KMPh...wuz like a second here!!gosh!!everyday rushin here n there...u really gotta b smart to keep update urselfs v da studies here...as usual...im a 2nd intake student...although i onie miss 1 week of lecture n class...i was like DARNIM SO BLUR! haha!!but now things getting heated up properly edy^^ but basically physics is givin me a big big headache!! huh~!mizz biology so so much!my sleepin tyme wuz absolutely goin hay wire.....:'( but anyhow i need to sacrifice^^ work hard b4 one enjoy da sweetest life eva^^ hehe!!then every evenin went down play tennis..hopefully i'll get selected 4 KAKOM laa;)after all my hardworks...^^ hopefully can get la...miss my family alot alot n darlin too!!!! huuuummmrmmm....wish to go back so so much!!but it seems dat another 2 more weeks i gotta b stranded in here....cuz got programme on saturday:( DUH~spoilt!after tis got jpp waqtikah again....so bowink!im goona skip if i can^^ hehee!!pls la!so lame sittin there duin ntg!n all i hear is ppl talkin here n there....except 1 voice which is clearer n louder...which is da person who holds da microphone n talk >.<"!! hehee!!:P after tis enjoying few hours of onlinening....i gotta catch up v time to do my revision AGAIn!haha...datz all i do everyday since day1! sien ryte?!but wat to do;) dear father in heaven....open my eyes to c da field dat interest me more than wad my heart desires, Lord^^ Amen. hehe...hope to hav a pleasant day today n days to come^^ muaxxy!!gonna miss my bloggie too!!!well, meet alot of new fwens here....v v fwenly....dats wad we need in here...FWENS! hahaa!!hmmm...da lecturers here okay okay la so far....KMPh....couldnt imagibne i could end myself uphere....last tyme i was here JUS TO VISIT MY KOKO! n now....HAHA!!LOL....life if full of suprises;) tis year is da year of unexpected gifts^^ praise da lord!yeappie;) kayla....hopefully i'll catch up in a few days tyme^^ miss ya!!

Taking Pills with Warm WAter is HAZARDOUS!!!!

Taking Pills with Warm Water is Dangerous...

Most people when they're suffering from flu commonly consume Capsulated tablets with warm water, not knowing whether the pill would safely reach the stomach. This could be serious and perhaps you should consider proper ways of swallowing pills.

Doctors Advice:

* Pills can be taken singly by using cold water. After swallowing, a person should drink a lot more water.

* Take your pills 30 minutes before you go to bed, don't go straight to bed immediately after taking pills.

Incident:

One day a guy took some antibiotics and for not drinking enough water to flush it straight down to the stomach, the pill was lodged on the food tract and caused an inflammation. For six days he could only take cold milk and water-soluble food and was hospitalized for five days. The Doctor warned that should it get any worse, an ulcer in the intestine may result. So please exercise caution.

When taking medicine in pill or capsule form: * DO NOT use warm or hot water / fruit juice / all kinds of sweet drinks to wash down the medicine. * The right way is to down it with cold water. If you feel discomfort in the throat after taking a pill, drink lots of water or cold milk. Stand or sit straight when you take your pill and do not lie immediately.

HEHEEE^^ so cool!i prepare da stuffs from 5pm till almost 7..rest awhile...then continue cookin^^ till 8.30! wow!!wad da solid hours^^ heheehehe!!then MUM MUM TYME!n it taste betta than a 1st tyme i eva cooked:p heheeeeeee:P tis tyme wuz bitter gourd in taucu sauce..fish v homemade recipe^^ then cheesy eggie...n then shredded morzarella cheese wif potato^^ sounds great huh?!n i bet it TASTE "NOT SO BAD" after all^^ kekekekekek!!1st tyme wuz...bitter gourd...french bean...cheesie eggie(koko cooked) n fish plus fishball plus crab meat in mayonnaise^^ IT A BOOM!but i used da wrong fish>.<> then...afta dinner...wait 4 food to digest^^ KEKEKE!!then bakbak...waaaaaa!!!so good oo!!1st tyme in my entire life koko actually help me iron my school uniformss^^ =D (APPY APPY) but of cuz i ask him to do so lar^^wakakaka!!cuz im sooooooooooooooooo tired n restless!! well well well, wad a week had past^^ huh~!whole new life of f6 in ACS!! wad daa.........^^ hehee!!well, overall it was OK!boleh tahan laa;) luckily hav my fwens in my new class^^ although it was dominated by poilam students^^ da classroom was absolete SMALL!!!with only 2 fans!my gosh!how to survive man!!HAHA!adui~so sad!!juz gotta noe dat LV died...on friday(",) gonna miss him lots n lots da ever so fattm bumbum puppy n bushy puppy(just like toy poodle) hmmmmmmm.....still waiting for my matric appeal n i really really hope sumthin great would pop out laa^^ god knows^^ or else i'll stucked up in school for a great few months...n i need to register for all da sociesties which is drivin me up da wall!!!
