Taking Pills with Warm WAter is HAZARDOUS!!!!

Taking Pills with Warm Water is Dangerous...

Most people when they're suffering from flu commonly consume Capsulated tablets with warm water, not knowing whether the pill would safely reach the stomach. This could be serious and perhaps you should consider proper ways of swallowing pills.

Doctors Advice:

* Pills can be taken singly by using cold water. After swallowing, a person should drink a lot more water.

* Take your pills 30 minutes before you go to bed, don't go straight to bed immediately after taking pills.

Incident:

One day a guy took some antibiotics and for not drinking enough water to flush it straight down to the stomach, the pill was lodged on the food tract and caused an inflammation. For six days he could only take cold milk and water-soluble food and was hospitalized for five days. The Doctor warned that should it get any worse, an ulcer in the intestine may result. So please exercise caution.

When taking medicine in pill or capsule form: * DO NOT use warm or hot water / fruit juice / all kinds of sweet drinks to wash down the medicine. * The right way is to down it with cold water. If you feel discomfort in the throat after taking a pill, drink lots of water or cold milk. Stand or sit straight when you take your pill and do not lie immediately.

HEHEEE^^ so cool!i prepare da stuffs from 5pm till almost 7..rest awhile...then continue cookin^^ till 8.30! wow!!wad da solid hours^^ heheehehe!!then MUM MUM TYME!n it taste betta than a 1st tyme i eva cooked:p heheeeeeee:P tis tyme wuz bitter gourd in taucu sauce..fish v homemade recipe^^ then cheesy eggie...n then shredded morzarella cheese wif potato^^ sounds great huh?!n i bet it TASTE "NOT SO BAD" after all^^ kekekekekek!!1st tyme wuz...bitter gourd...french bean...cheesie eggie(koko cooked) n fish plus fishball plus crab meat in mayonnaise^^ IT A BOOM!but i used da wrong fish>.<> then...afta dinner...wait 4 food to digest^^ KEKEKE!!then bakbak...waaaaaa!!!so good oo!!1st tyme in my entire life koko actually help me iron my school uniformss^^ =D (APPY APPY) but of cuz i ask him to do so lar^^wakakaka!!cuz im sooooooooooooooooo tired n restless!! hmmmm...cant really sleep last nite...wuz rollin rollin on da bed...trying to sleep!i wz really really really absolute superb TIRED!!!but i juz cant sleep! there's tis creepy stuff keep spinning around my head which reflects on something not good at all! N I HATE TIS!!hmmmm...tis was totally unbelievable 4 me!it's like something popping out of the tv screen into MY REALITY LIFE!u noe watching those drama series...esp. hong kong ones! its like happening..well, not like..BUT IT IS HAPPENING RYTE NOW IN MY EVA SO BEAUTIFUL LIFE! now?! my life as if like a withered rose juz waiting to wilt n dried!till it drop of from da stem n da same rose would neva eva b alive again ;) hmmmm...those who had touched 'sum1' u betta watch out! things will not b da same again 4 u guys out there!u might b laughing at us ryte now...u might b appy n jolly like a bloody fool out there ryte now! but one day we'll get u! no matter when, who, n where!i'll make sure i'll b there! u wouldnt hav a good tyme 4 wat u've done!
